Accreditation

European CME accreditation

Movement Disorders Today 2026 has been submitted to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for accreditation. The number of European CME credits (ECMEC®s) awarded will be published on this page as soon as the accreditation decision is issued.

Once accreditation is granted, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association. Information on the conversion process can be found at edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

EACCME® accreditation applied for

An accreditation application for the 2026 edition has been submitted to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.

CME credits to be confirmed

The final credit allocation for both conference days will be announced here once EACCME® confirms the accreditation.

Certification

Digital certificates will be provided to participants who register accordingly and complete the post-conference evaluation.
